Appointments with Adam Massage can only be secured through my official booking system.

I kindly request clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies. I will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

I understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Cancellations can be processed if the slot can be filled by another client and if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. The person cancelling the appointment is responsible for covering the refund fees.

Refunds are only applicable in specific circumstances as outlined in the Cancellation Policy. Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of the approved cancellation.

Your well-being is my priority. Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before the treatment. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if your health condition poses a risk.

I maintain the highest level of professionalism and adhere to ethical boundaries during massage therapy sessions. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will be charged.

Please keep your personal belongings secure during the session. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. Any information shared during the session will be kept confidential, except where required by law.
